Factors that cause seasons
There are a few factors that cause seasons. One reason is that when it is summer in the Northern hemisphere, that part of the world is getting more direct rays from the sunlight. In the summer, there is more solar intensity, too. Also, there are shorter days when it's winter because there are not as much sunlight than during summer. Those are a few factors that cause the seasons.
